you will make me explain it won't you ok....

there is 3 types of skeletons (err bones structures ?) small - medium - big that is one thing BMI range won't really fit you in unless you dig a little deeper and do the research plus it does not consider fat vs. muscle so...you might be in good BMI range but still won't be doing well on the amount of fat you have on your body...so BMI is bs...I got my own range :)

As I sit here with my iPad.....I reminisce about the days of yore.....

First they come up with a 1.5 inch screen on a cell phone, and you rushed out and got one.

Then it was the 2 inch, then 3.... Then the 7 inch tab...then 9....

Now we say...that's too big....

Now we go back to mini tab....then that's too big....

Back to a 0.25 inch google glasses display....

And you forget that you ever had a 1.5 inch...
