Well y'all need to get on this lotto ticket buying business. Maybe I should do it, too!

How does it work?>

I love a guy who looks like he could be on Criminal Minds as either an agent or a killer.

Buy ticket > wait for drawing > look at ticket > ticket matches nothing > throw ticket away

What about the scratch-offs? I have a Korean friend who does those to accumulate spending money that he doesn't tell his wife about.

Scratch and sniffs?

Buy ticket > search for coin > no have coin > find something with edge > scratch ticket > ticket matches nothing > throw ticket away

BTW a friend who used to own a convenience store, told me 80% of the money won on scratch offs is used to buy more scratch offs. Its a heck of a racket.

But do you ever win?

Odds of winning are slightly less than getting hit by lightning. I've been hit by lightning once, I haven't won at the lottery yet. couple bucks here and there, but far less than I've ever spent. People who claim to be ahead are generally lying.

Been thinking of one to take a trip back to my wife's country.

Momma is sick, she needs our help, but we sent all our money for medicine and medical bills. Please help fund us to make sure she's getting proper care!

Do you think it will fly?

BTW the background story is unfortunately true.

You can start off by selling off your truck :P

Or go find a second job! Stop going to Mall of America. :hehe:

Thanks! And good luck on the lotto!

I'm trying to be less grumpy. Promise.

And yeah, seriously.

As a fellow Minnesotan, I could donate $10 to you as a start.

I was thinking of trying to recover all my files from my mbp and then selling it. I'm sure it wouldn't go for much, but hey...whatevs!
