lighter I like better....for ease of control ? I think...it would be easier....I dunno much about them...but yes..smaller and easy to control.

Niki, that is just so different than the market here - houses sit for at least 6 months to 2 years before selling. They are selling, but there is a backlog of REO houses still. Although, reasonably priced houses in good shape under 300k are like unicorns.

The real estate market here is healthy. The fooks have these banquets to raise money, 200 people chip in to buy a house. They drove the RE here to crazy prices.

Rent here is crazy because buyers came in and bought up all the decent rental homes and now you can't find anything for less than 1k/month.
