When can i expect to be be billed?

Hi all, i received my case number with the date of 647 (with all the calculating after doing research, if i calculated correctly it was assigned on May 27th). When can i expect to start being asked for payments for the AOS and the other forms that need to be filled out?

First off, I am not sure what you are referring to with 647. You have to call the NVC and ask them when they received the case. They will also tell you when your case number was issued.

When you are on the phone with them, get your Invoice Identification Number and Beneficiary ID Number. You will need the IIN along with your case no. to pay any fees once generated and the beneficiary id will be used to fill out your ds261. Check the CEAC website and try logging in to see if your invoices were generated.

AOS fees are usually available a week after the case number was issued. NVC is backlogged so invoice generation for IV fees is pretty delayed.

Read Saylin's wiki on the NVC process and you will be ok.
