AOS FEE HAS BEEN PAID

Hi,

I'm US citizen. My I129F (K3 spouse) was approved on 04/04/2014 and forwarded to NVC on 04/07/2014. Per NVC, it was received on 04/24/2014. I'd received an email on 05/17/2014 regarding completing the Form DS-261 and paying AOS fee. My spouse did complete the form online on 05/28/2014 and I did pay the AOS fee on 05/28/2014. Now when I checked online to see the status it states fee as PAID. Now my next step is to fill in AOS form and send docuemnts. I'd like to know if I need to send only one AOS form or 2 separate- one for my spouse and one for the daughter. Also I'm little confused with following procedures for I129F (K3/ K4 VISA) or I-130. Please help.

Document intake NEVER occurs at the NVC for the K3.

Yes I'd sent a separate I130 for my daughter. I did mail the AOS packet on 06/04/2014.

Reminder that you are now on the IR1/CR1 path and your daughter will get either an IR2 or CR2 visa depending on how long you've been married at POE.
