There is a Cover Letter template at VJ example forms: http://www.visajourn...ontent/examples

You can simply use the address that you are going to send the I-129F petition to. :)

That's why it's confusing: on the Cover Letter it only says (under the USCIS line, in red) "Address of Filing Location". As far as sending it to the same location as I-129...I'm sending it to Dallas Lockbox so...the same address?..Not sure.

Yes, that will certainly work.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

"Si vis amari, ama" - Seneca

And yet...Should I just write "California Service Center" under "US Citizenship and Immigration Services" or have a specific address in there? Do I make it complicated and there is a simple answer to it?

Whatever address you put on the envelope to mail your petition, is the address you can put on the cover letter.
