Has anyone received an NOA2 or an approval for their I-130. Also, please include your priority date so I can get an estimate as to which month they are currently processing.

An updated processing time chart has been loaded onto uscis website. It looks like NSC is still processing November I-130 applicants based on the raw data provided on the trend chart.

Wow that was fast! I'm in disbelief. Matrix00100 timeline shows California Service Center though, so that does not apply to NSC applicants. Either way, that was fast and congratulations to your parents and hopefully the rest of us will get a response soon. Thank you Everyone

From what I've been able to discern, using information from VJ member timelines and how many cases have been forwarded to Nebraska for those posting in my May I-130 filers thread, we deduced that as Nebraska was the quickest service center at the beginning of May (taking around 128 days to NOA2) there was a possiblity of USCIS transferring more cases there to balance out the workload between all service centers. Over the course of the next few weeks, I watched the processing times (again, based on timeline data) deteriorate to the point where it became the slowest center of the four. What we've noticed recently is a lot of those that filed at the end of May are now being transferred to the Calfornia service center, and I've watched the processing times for Nebraska start to lower again to around 178 days - again, possibly USCIS rebalancing work loads.

What to take from this? That you're going to be waiting an average of six months for your I-130 approval, based on all available data (and looking at the bulk of the timelines, the majority of cases since the new year don't have NOA2 yet, unless they're from the Philippines).

Both the AILA and USCIS themselves claim to be processing I-130s within the timeframe of five months, but clearly, this isn't the case; therefore I'm thinking of writing to my congressman as the reported figures are not correct. I feel it's misleading and unfair to those that don't access this forum to be lured into a false sense that their petition will be approved within the target time when clearly, it won't.

My cases were at NSC. I'm not sure why they processed mine so fast. I was expecting 6-7 months. Thank God!
