Hi everyone,

My husband had his initial interview scheduled for March 24 but was delayed because of finding a small spot on his lungs and was required to do TB testing. After waiting 9 weeks, I called the consulate multiple times to see if his results were in and every time they said no but as soon as they arrived I could reschedule his appointment. I called again and his results are in but now we have to wait for another appointment letter in the mail that is being sent to the US and then I will have to fax or email it back to him. The letter does not have a DHL confirmation code or any way to track it according to 703# and is apparently being sent via regular mail.

Has anyone dealt with this experience or know of how long it took them to get mail from Ciudad Juarez US consulate?

According to 703# they won't print it at the consulate if he were to go there and try to pick it up in person. Any experience with this? Has anyone tried to pick up their letter in Juarez with success at the information windows lately?

Thanks!
