Congress lady finally heard from them. ... They informed her that they did not receive the birth certiifcate that was mailed along with the passport... We mailed the passport, cover letter, and PP. We also sent an email to them informing them the documents sent. They also stated that they sent an email to us...We did not receive this email.. So they have solicited help from his country(Ghana)

We were asked to pick up his passport in January. In April, i emailed them but was informed that they are reviewing the documents and will let us know if they need additional documents.

So, i am very confused because everything does not make any sense.
