Hi everyone! My fiance received the NOA2 last march and i checked online that my case is ready for interview.I have scheduled for interview on july 11 but i did not receive any letter from the embassy manila so i dont have the K Packet.Can please anyone tell me what complete documents to bring during interview.Many thanks.

EAD May 23, 2014 Employment Authorization Document approved and went to card production

TD May 23, 2014 Travel Document approved and went for card production

Green Card Approved July 11, 2014 Approved, no interview. Went to card production.

I have a question about the CFO I know you do the online registration but can you schedule a appt. in Cebu or is that just for Manila that you can schedule a appt. and Cebu is first come first serve when you arrive?

There is NO K Packet mailed... everything that is required is accessed online. For sure do not wait for the letter (that never arrives ;) ) from the embassy through PhilPost ( that rarely delivers :lol: )

Last year after we filed for a k-1, before we changed course,we got the letter the embassy sent out. It took forever to get here, but it got here. Then when we canceled the k-1, they were nice enough to send us each a letter saying the petition had been sent back to USCIS via nvc. Thanks for the evidence of living together. We also got the letter saying our DCF petition was approved. Yeah, I'm still shocked that were getting our mail.

Guys im a bit confuse about CFO seminar.Im done withe my interview and it went smoothly and waiting for visa yo be issue but im not done yet with CFO as i dont know about that! Please help me!
