Vaccinations for k1 for Juarez

I call internacional clinic in juarez and told me that since she is applying for k1 she does not need vaccinations. That is true.

But she also stated that they will not give it to her. Even if I pay.

Wow. I thought they could do that. It saves money from doing in the usa. My fiancée doe not have a booklate to make it worse.

Any tips? I want to save money.

This is exactly the same as it was years ago when my husband had his exam. He asked them to let him get the vaccinations and would pay extra for them. They refused. No vaccinations, and was given a blank DS-3025, which is useless for AOS.

Get whatever vaccinations you can for free or cheap while in Mexico. Make sure you bring those vaccination records with you to the US. The only ones required are MMR, Tdap/TD, varicella(not needed if you already had chickenpox) and the flu shot (only needed during flu season, which is is not right now). http://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/exams/ti/civil/vaccination-civil-technical-instructions.html#tbl1

If you cannot get them in Mexico, then to save money in the US, go to the health dept., where you can usually get them cheaper, and then take the vaccination records with you to the civil surgeon. You will need to call around to find a civil surgeon that will not insist on a new medical and/or overcharge you. She only needs the vaccinations transcribed onto the I-693. Read the instructions for the I-693. It will tell you what is needed for the K-1. There is a thread here on VJ you could look through to try and find a civil surgeon in your area. I went to the public clinic in Mexico and got as many as they had available... and I can tell you, even if you pay for the rest in Mexico, comes cheaper than paying for them full price in the US.... but just make sure she gets her vaccination records stamped by the clinic.
