Hi, Have you gathered all the supporting documents you will need? Take your time to make sure you have the required documents.

I already have all the papers. We were going to file last month. Unfortunately, it took more than 3 weeks our marriage certificate came to mail. And we need to send the certified it means we have to go back to courthouse to get one. Yes, my husband and I checked all requirement docs. I hope we don't missed out anything.

My AoS package is delivered today. Quite disappointed since USPS tracking number says should be arrived Monday which means, yesterday. Anyhow, waiting for receipt number and check cashed. Very happy, yay!

Our AOS was filed on June 2nd and was also signed for by XCHYBA. Still waiting for any email notification we may or may not get. Anyone else from Arkansas here?

Hello Bob, Did you get your email/txt notification yet?

Dont be too concerned yet. I've read VJ posts about USCIS not cashing checks for up to 1 month and NOA1 notice for the same time too.

We still have a long wait, even after NOA1 ..

Hello OZgirl, any update on your AOS application?

Hello OZgirl, any update on your AOS application?

Hi there.. Yes there has been an update. I called them on the 10th June to inqure about what was happening. I was transferred to tier 2 (without asking LOL) and I was told that my applications were in the computer and I should hear from them very soon.

24 hrs after the phone call.. 8 emails came thru about our applications. The check was cashed 24 hrs after that.

We have 4 AOS applications in and 4 EAD and the emails said National Benefits Centre was handling them. No hardcopy NOA yet thou..

Hows your end?
