May and June 2014 AOS Filers

Hi Vjers,

I mailed my AOS package on the 24th and was delivered on the 27th signed by XCHYBA, I am yet to receive any txt/email notification, my check is yet to be cashed, Please is this normal?

I have the exact same dates as you. I sent ours off on 24th and they received it on the 27th. No sign here yet either. Check still waiting to be cashed. Let me know if you here from them.
P.s I was thinking it's because we have 4 AOS applications in. Myself and 3 children.

Hi, I dont think filling 4 AOS has anything to do with it, I filled for myself alone, and I am yet to read from them, I am thinking of calling/email on monday, I am really worried.

Our AOS was filed on June 2nd and was also signed for by XCHYBA. Still waiting for any email notification we may or may not get. Anyone else from Arkansas here?

Dont be too concerned yet. I've read VJ posts about USCIS not cashing checks for up to 1 month and NOA1 notice for the same time too.

We still have a long wait, even after NOA1 ..

People who mailed their AOS during the first week of June, already received email/txt notification, while I read where some say their check has already been cashed... I'm guessing the problem is the XCHYBA that signed on delivery..

Maybe we should try and call them tomorrow, to remind them, or else this might take longer....I'm really concern with the EAD, need to make some money to support my spouse, we have spent too much lately.

Email us at Lockboxsupport@dhs.gov. Include the form number, receipt number (if known), applicant name and mailing address. Do NOT include A-numbers or social security numbers in e-mails; or

Call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

Hi Christie, did you call or email? how long have you been waiting? I dont know they work on Sundays, this USCIS are so confusing

We sent it on May 15th and they received it on May 17th. We didn't hear anything since then. I thought it might of been lost or just sitting on some slackers desk. I started calling last week. I got hung up on Friday after waiting on hold for 60 minutes and they didn't want to even speak to me because it hasn't been 30 days. The texts and emails are computer generated. I'm not sure how it all works. Let me know if I can help you in any way. Keep the faith!!

I am guessing the calls made them go search for your package, other people I talked with said the same thing, they had to call, while after 3-4 days they received email/txt notification.

I am happy for you, so you should be expecting your biometric appointment letter.

Thank you! Yes we wait for hard copies then biometrics. I hope you hear soon. I know this is all so frustrating not knowing anything. I'm hopeful you will have good news soon!

I sent mine on May 30th, received on June 2nd, and just a second ago I got the texts.

I checked my case number on the USCIS website, but it's not there yet.

I hope everyone gets notifications soon!
