Hi, we are trying to call NVC to get this number...my fiance tried to call even at 7am in US and later and trying to call now but all we hear is this sound like they are busy I mean no answerphone nothing...only this beep beep beep and after this the call ends...

We call this number (603) 334-0700

So please can somebody say is it ok or there is another number ... because we thought we will hear answerphone but there is only this beep beep beep like it's wrong number...

This is the right number you just have to keep trying. When I was calling I kept dialing till I got them on the line. Usually about 9 times. Keep redialing till you get in.

Can either persons call NVC or is it only the petitioner that can call?

Either can definitely call NVC, they will just ask you beneficiary name and date of birth and petitioner name and date of birth. Then they will ask who is calling. My husband used to call when I was petitioning for him.

Hi! I have called in the morning, at night, at all possible times. You REALLY just have to keep dialing until they answer, and then you will be on hold for like 30 mins or more depending on the time that you call them. Mornings before 10 AM EST and nights after 8 PM are better.
