Hey guys....just wanna make sure if 1040a is acceptable? And we only have the very recent w2. Do we need to get transcript from IRS?

k1 TIMELINE

04/14/14 - I-129F submitted to Dallas lockbox

04/22/14 - emailed recvd for NOA1

05/10/14 - approval notice recvd -NOA2

05/31/14 - letter recvd to informing us to fill-up DS-160.

Is the 1040a the full tax return filed by the petitioner? Just not 100% sure if it would be sufficient for USEM. So, I personally would go with downloading the IRS transcript online instead: http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript

If the petitioner's gross income is well and above 125% of the poverty guideline for his household size: http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864p.pdf

-Then the 2013 tax transcript and W2 are enough. But If just meeting it, for example US$ 20k for a household of 2, the CO might ask for the employer's certificate recent paystubs, and the tax transcripts & W2s from the 2 previous tax years as well.
