Outside Normal Processing Times

Hello all,

We got our NOA1 in December 19th, and we are still waiting for our NOA2. After 5 months, my fiance called USCIS and a guy, who was very nice to him, admitted that our case was running late and classified it as "Outside normal processing times". He told my fiance that he would hear back from them after two weeks, which is today.

So, my fiance has just received an email that basically doesn't help us with any good information:

"You or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your I129F to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.
Your petition is still pending consideration. We regret that we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will complete the review of your petition.
What You Can Do
Please see the "Online Services" below to check the status of your case in the near future. We apologize for the delay."

Has anyone experienced this before? Is there anything we can do about it?

We are now outside 5 months aswell TSC are just super slow atm, im worried that it could be july Before i hear anything about ours plusthe time its gotta go to nvc, its crazy that we pay for this service and we have to wait so long.

I am also way past 5 months and I could not submit an e-Service or they would submit one for me. They said to wait until I have reached 6 months then they can file one for me. All of this is happening while an April 2014 petitioner who just got his NOA2 after 3 weeks of receiving the NOA1. Same TSC, too.

Like someone on another thread said, it's not that I want EVERYONE to wait 6 months like us, I just want it to be fair. We've all paid the same fee...

I have a Nov 26th date and was told last week that it was still within the normal processing time. I too do not understand how some are processed so quickly, timelines that say they are working on 2014 applications... and yet still have all these people waiting 6 months and longer.
