automated I94 not showing up on website

Hello Everyone,

My fiance entered on his K1 visa on May 8th in JFK. We got married and are now adjusting his status. His I94 is not in his passport, we assumed it was electronic as they are now switching to this system. When we went online to retrieve his I94, there is no record of him coming in the country in May (expect of course the stamp on his passport). They have a record of his last visit here in December. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Who do we contact to fix this?

I came here in Oct, when i was looking to retrieve my I-94 around march i couldn't retrieve it until recently.. About 2 weeks ago. It was finally entered/corrected into the system i guess.

I-94 is now electronically retrieved (as you know already ). Try contacting the CBP Deferred Inspection Site: http://www.cbp.gov/contact/deferred-inspection/overview-deferred-inspection

There is a downloadable excel file when you click on "70 Deferred Inspections Sites", and from there, locate the one nearest your location. They may have it corrected by phone or you may have to schedule an appointment with them to have the correction done.

when i put in the information for my husbands i-94, on the passport number it had a PP before it. At first I just put the number and nothing showed up. Then I tried putting the PP with the number and it showed up. I guess it depends on how the officer put it in the system. Maybe try to double check the passport number and if there are any letters before the numbers put those it to see if it comes up.
