Hello all Vj's,

I would like to ask some advices, I'm K1 visa holder, arrived in US Dec 4th,2006 and wedding in Dec 5th'06

I'm preparing to apply for AOS now, my questions are :

1) should I send all 4 forms G-325A ?

2) I don't plan to visit another country or back to my country(Indonesia) in 5 years so...Is it Ok if I don't apply for I-131 ?

3) for 1-693 : I didn't get anything from doctor in jakarta where I had my vaccination, all medical result directly to embassy, and embassy put all the documents in brown envelope and instructed to give to the first POE,

what should I do to submit vaccination supplement ? because I have nothing to prove with me now...all documents already submit in POE

Thanks for helping ... :star:

1) yes

2) yes it's ok not to file for I-131

3) My husband came with no vaccination record. He was able to contact the doctors office in Casablanca and arrange to have his sister pick up the form I-3025 which she sent here. We then had a civil surgeon transfer that info onto I-693 for 10$. You can try not sending anything but you might get an RFE for it. You can also go to a civil surgeon to have another medical exam but that can be expensive.
