Hello All...

I recently received a checklist from NVC stating that they needed the beneficiaries Birth Certificate.....I called them up today and spoke to a representative about it....I told her that per their website travel.state.gov and under my country's civil documents it is allowed to substitute a BC for a individual record sheet and that i had attached an original copy of that and also that i mentioned it on my cover letter (goes to show you that they dont even read that :( )

She said that I am correct and as long as I have attached an original individual record sheet that I should be fine and that she will have someone look into it from the revision department....

is this gonna be like a 1 week thing or more like a month thing....has anything like this ever happen to anyone ...

Thanks
