hi my bf is in the US right now renewing his passport and applying for dual citizen there before he comes back here in the Philippines. he's been a resident for 5 years now he also studied and graduated here in the Philippines. when he comes back from the us we will get married and apply for DCF. so i have a couple of questions

1) we have an online marketing business and its been running for 4 years now. we never filed taxes cause we just get our money online through paypal. so our only proof of income is our bank statements and our credit card bills. his mom can co-sponsor us and makes 97k in a year. is that enough to help us in the sponsor thing?

2) my bf will also be applying for a job there he's an it guy so his friends will help him to get a job. Will a schedule for a job interview enough as one thing to prove domicile in the us? he also has his driver's license and just renewed his passport, gym membership, credit card bills and a bank account that he just opened oh and also school records that he also studied elementary til high school in america and a few years of college. is that enough to prove domicile in the us?

3) last and the most important question of all haha he's been going back and forth here in the philippines he doesnt have any acr-i card he's just been paying over staying fees and i think he got a BB stamp which means balik bayan stamp for some reason altho we are not married yet weird. he got that stamp 2 times BB stamps wen he got back here so he was able to stay for a long time here. will that be a problem cause arent they gna check his passport? are they gona check if we applied for bb visa?

so confused maybe we need to hire a lawyer? please help but he studied here and graduated here he has bank statements here, credit card and utility bills and a house of his family here so its enough to prove that he's been a resident here right?
