NOA 2 has the uscis Receipt number and Alien number (A#), but not the MNL#. Your MNL# should start with MNL2014 .... From your approval period, your approval date is April 9. That means, your fiance might have received the NVC letter by now, and it should look like this: http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l240/felicityme/nvc.jpg

yes, he has the NVCletter now. and there is already a case number ( MNL2014_______ ) uscis receipt # and interview location. however, i didn't receive my own copy from NVC stating that i i am ready to process my petition. i had already paid at BPI and i am ready for meical exam BUT i don't have the hard copy from NVC yet.

Only the petitioner will receive the NVC letter. He can simply scan a copy and send the pdf file to you, so you can have this printed out. This is sufficient for you to take the SLEC already, along with the rest of the requirements listed on the SLEC site.

Pre-register at SLEC website as well, it saves you time upon entry: http://www.slec.ph/us/registration/

Your doing everything just fine. If there is nothing there then that means there is currently no opening or slots available. I'm assuming you already paid your visa fee. That is a must before making a appointment or it will not allow you to schedule a interview. Nobody knows how often they show up. When I got my appointment I based it on phil time and worked it from there but doesn't mean that a slot wont open up from someone that has cancel their appointment. Appointments can't be scheduled via email for k1. This will be a part time job for you to check every hour or more.

Tip: If you log on your dashboard and see no date then you can repeat this as much as you like until a date shows up but if you hit continue like your trying to get to the calendar then after so many times it will lock you out until the next day.

Being obsessive paid off! We got an interview appointment for next Wednesday, June 18!!! My fiancee is on the bus to Manila now to do the Medical. We are cutting it close! I had to send the packet to her via DHL fastest possible ($$$) and hopefully that will arrive to her cousin in Manila on Friday.

As I mentioned earlier, SLEC allows K1 applicants to proceed with medical even with a copy of the NVC letter only. Bring 2 copies of that. You are the principal applicant. A derivative is a child or minor, only if you have any K2 included with the petition, who will also take the medical as well.

Just make sure your fiance sends you a clear scan of the NVC letter to avoid any issue in entering SLEC. :)

Hello

Please tell me if my Dashboard is correct. My fiancée currently holds a C1/D Visa and had an interview which is seen in his online profile when you click on past appointments.

The Dashboard now has three boxes filled in: "Visa Information" which reads: Manila, K-Visa, K1. Next box, "Fee Payment" which reads, 240. Third Box , "Family Details" has 0.

Next box, says in blue, "No appointment is currently scheduled."

Last box, "Document Delivery Information" is not filled in with anything.

Is this correct? I have filled in the address and information where to deliver the documents but that box is empty. Is this Dashboard the correct one to wait for an appointment to appear?

Thanks so much for all your help!

Tom

Hi Tom! I think you did not complete or press continue after the "Specific Documentation Delivery" section. Do you remember choosing between Home delivery / office delivery or pick-up?

If you don't have an appointment scheduled, nothing will show up in the document delivery section. My dashboard says the same, but I'm still waiting for an interview date.

Thank you both so much :) Yes I specified home delivery and when I scroll through the screens on my way to schedule after the dashboard all of the information is there. So I am glad to know that all is ready for me. I hope they open up dates soon. I am losing my mind!!! Once my fiancee is able to stop working on the cruise ship and good back to the Philippines then he can help me with getting through all of this. Thank you all so much for your words and support it has been a real lifeline!
