Yes, you are not the first one to do this. I has been many months but I do remember an almost identical situation processing through Manila.

Your daughter will use the same case number that you have for Dubai, I do remember that. A deposit slip will have to be printed for making the visa payment at BPI, after 12-24 hours normally you can trying scheduling the interview, and then get the medical done. I don't know if you will be able to schedule the interview online, you may have to call the embassy to verify on this.

There is info on the process in my link below. (aside from not sure about scheduling the interview in this case, everything is the same for the K2)

Yes you can fly back to the Philippines after your visa is issued in Dubai. Just need to complete CFO before exiting the Philippines with your daughter, the two of you could complete that together ;) .

No issue with "where" you processed your visa... totally not an issue. Relax.

ALL FOR K2!

For K2: If you're not accompanying your daughter with her visa processing, you need to obtain a notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) and Affidavit of Support and Consent (ASC)for the person who will be accompanying your daughter from her medical to her interview. In setting up her interview, you need to create a different account for your K2 to schedule for interview (https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/?language=English&country=Philippines). You can use any e-mail as long as that e-mail is not registered yet. Pay the visa fee of $240, payable in Peso, exchange rate varies (http://ustraveldocs.com/ph/pmisdepositslip.htm?amount=240&country=philippines) and your daughter shall have the same case number as you have in Dubai. You can register your information of your daughter for her medical at http://www.slec.ph/us/registration/

Medical Requirements: (http://www.slec.ph/us-visa-applicants.shtml#medical-fees)

EACH APPLICANT MUST PRESENT THE FOLLOWING:

a.Valid passport

b. Photocopy of Passport Biographic/Data Page, the page in the passport that contains the applicant's photo and information. The photocopy should be the same size as the original, not enlarged or reduced.

c. 3 pieces recent 2x2 visa photos (2 for submission to the U.S. Embassy, 1 for clinic file) The US Embassy requires you to bring the 2x2 photos for your visa issuance. We regret not to release the medical report until such time that you can provide this requirement.

d. 3 photocopies of your US Embassy Interview Appointment Letter

e. 3 photocopies of your St. Luke's Online Registration

f. Applicants are also required to provide the name, address and contact number of their petitioner in the U.S.A.

Petitioner's Name:

Address:

Contact Number:

Medical Exam

• Physical Examination - Required for all applicants, regardless of age

• Tuberculin Skin Test - Required for applicants 2-14 years of age

Since Tuberculin Skin Testing requires an observation period of 48-72 hours, applicants 2-14 years old are advised not to come for their medical examination on a Thursday. The clinic is closed on weekends, so the TEST cannot be interpreted before it expires.

MEDICAL EXAMINATION FEES

Starting May 14, 2012, the medical examination fee for Adult U.S. Immigrant Visa Applicants (15 years and older) will increase from US$213.35 to US$223.00. The fee for children (below 15 years of age) is still US$185.00.

Age Price (USD) Price (PhP) 15 years and older USD 223.00 PhP 10,035.00 less than 15 years old USD 185.00 PhP 8,325.00

* Medical Fees effective May 1, 2014.

  • The Medical Examination fee is inclusive of vaccines.
  • Specialty consultations available within the clinic are performed free of charge. Referrals from other clinics will be charged accordingly.
  • St. Luke's Medical Center Extension Clinic does not accept cheque or credit card payments. Fees must be paid in Philippine Pesos at the prevailing exchange rate. Exchange rates are provided by the U.S. Embassy Manila on a weekly basis.
