Relationship evidence for K3

Has any K3s that have interviewed at Vancouver or Montreal needed to show evidence of a bonafide relationship?

I'm putting together everything now so I'll be ready when I get an interview date. I guess my concern is that we've only been married a short time and have never lived together (USCIS doesn't make that easy, huh? ) but the evidence I'm planning on showing at the interview is:

- marriage certificate & copy of the license

- photos of the both of us from each visit including wedding photos (it was informal and there were no witnesses other than the person performing the service and his wife)

- flight itineraries and boarding passes (the passes I didn't accidentally throw out)

- phone records

- letters from friends and family (all US citizens) affirming that they know us both and that our relationship is valid (not necessary I know, but has anyone submitted those for a K3?)

We have daily emails and daily chat logs from July but everything prior to that was in PM form (deleted) or chat logs and wiped out on my old computer. We only started talking on the phone daily since about August or September (I have most of the records of that). How would I print out the emails and chat logs, there would be PAGES... I could select one or two from each month I guess?

Er, anything else I should add?

I know, I'm paranoid... but I'd rather be overly prepared than under prepared.

From my reading on VJ, I do not think I have heard of Mtl asking for evidence at the interview, maybe a picture!! At my cr-1 I had oodles of evidence, similar to urs, and they never asked for it!!! I brought it in a plastic accordian file binder. One isnt allowed big bags or purses at the consulate. Always good to bring some evidence, but what you have now should be more than enough.

I didn't take anything to the K-3 interview (Vancouver) or CR-1 interview (Montreal) because they didn't ask for it in the instructions. And they didn't ask for anything at either of the interviews.

I kept checking the fax machine and there was nothing until I saw the "no toner" message. Luckily it was stored in memory and I just printed it out now. Thank you and good luck on your upcoming interview.

Also for K3s, we need to submit I-134 and OF-167 for Vancouver, yes? Even though I've yet to receive a packet 3, I want to get that out of the way (he's also off gathering up his financial stuff for me) so I don't have to scramble at the last minute since there's so much other stuff I need to do when I do get my packet 3 & packet 4. I work fulltime and freelance in the evenings so not a lot of spare time in the day or evening.

I thought there was an affidavit of support and that K1s and K3s used the same one? Does that mean we don't have to submit an affidavit of support or supporting documents?

Oh, now I'm confused... I have him running around getting financial proof documents as I type this now.

It wasn't required in Vancouver in October. I haven't read about any changes since then.

I guess all the required documents would be on the Vancouver checklist? Cdancer faxed me a copy of hers and looking it over... you're right, it's not on there. C'est bizarre! Well, I'll have him gather the docs, fill out, notarise (not a problem since several coworkers of his are notary publics) and send them to me "just in case".

Even the I-864 doesn't need to be notarized anymore.
