Lost i 94

I may have misplaced my i 94, is it mandatory to file i 102 to replace or can i attach the page in my passport with the stamp that indicates when i was last admitted for AOS purposes ? Also am I at any risk if i submit the replacement form since i am now considered overstay ?

If you can still go on-line and retrieve it do so ASAP. https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html. You may be able to go to a CBP secondary inspection and see if you can get another copy of the I-94. Risk depends on why you are an overstay. Once the I-94 expires you are in a period of overstay, but it depends on you situation as to what will happen to you.
