K1 I129F Part 3- 2a,b,c

Timeline

On the I-129F there are 3 questions about crimes committed (Part 3 - 2a,b,c), my fiance will have to check yes to one of them (kidnapping is an enhancement added onto every robbery charge in Oregon...so it's nothing to do with the Adam Walsh Act or abuse or anyting) is it grounds for denial or just a declaration to notify the visa beneficiary?

I'm just trying to figure out if we're better off to do CR1 or if this won't be a true issue on the K1.
