hello vj, what i still don't understand after reading all comments here is, how can they be a jump to 2013 September in Oct, wen there are older pds unattended to. or is it possible to issue visa to pds all the way from May 2012 to September 2013 before oct? This whole thing is driving me crazy. how do i get interview letter when my pd is June 29th? and now am reading here that by Oct they'll move all the way to Sept 2013. is it possible i get my interview letter between now and Oct? or keep waiting till God knows when. Please i need answers. dwheels76 thanks for your assistance. still confused though.

No one really knows what the PD will be in Oct. All you read everywhere about which direction the bulletin will move is .... just predictions. Some predictions are closer to reality, some are just wishful thinking.

This is not probably the answer you want to hear but you will need to keep waiting. You will only get your interview letter when your PD is current. Just an eye for the visa bulletin every month. That's the unfortunate reality of the F2A category as of this moment. All data from DOS shows that there is no expectation of any movement in F2A at all at least for the next month (maybe two).

The only way you know its current is keep an eye on the Visa bulletin. They release a fresh one about every 3 weeks. Current now is 01MAY12. Next month it maybe Oct2013 who knows. Just have to wait and continue to watch the bulletin release. Nothing else you can do,
