Good day,

Don't spend your money getting shots beforehand, St. Luke's will administer them as appropriate and any additional ones will be addressed by the civil surgeon in the US. It's part of the fees paid to complete the medical etc.

Yeah, they'll tell her which shots are needed.

Also, she can just tell them that she has no shot records, it's okay.. :)

2014-01-24 : Case Completed! ^___^

My fiancee is in Philippines and has no shot records.What will happen at exam or do I need her to get shots before?

Don't worry about it, not an issue. At the St. Luke's after the medical they will provide what vaccinations needed/appropriate, vaccinations are included in the fee.
