Please I want to know how they gave interviews when the visa-bultin is current I basically know that when the statue is current everyone gets interview but in what order I mean lets assume the August shows 70000 for africa and September shows current, how it is possible to give interviews for all the 30000 left?!! is there any priority dates (for example who filled the ds-260 first...)

May20th : checked the dv and got selected (got exited)


May28th: Completed Ds-260 form


Now: Pending with big fair...

From what I've read online:

Same order as you CN, no matter when you filed your DS260. You will be notified before the interview.

There are lots of gaps for higher CN numbers, so there won't be 30,000 people. They also base that on the amount of people who filed the DS260.

Born in Romania, been living in the US since 2007 (F1 visa)

F1 visa 2007-2011, 2011-2016 - OPT received August 25, 2014

DV-2015 Selectee - Case Number EU30,7xx - Interview estimate: May/June 2015 (?) - Might try to do AOS though it looks like it might be worse this year
