The NVC employee who got your file must still be talking about you until now. I'm wondering at what page did they stop reading and just gave you the completion out of sheer exhaustion.

Well NVC don't read unless they curious since they don;t approve of anything. And I had talked to Supervisor Gus and he had told me not always does USCIS send everything. I sent 261 pages with I-130 petition and he advised I resend everything again for safe measure So I was like you know what I don;t care I did read everything i submitted they got to really get us.

It was funny because all my pictures from 7 months of living in Nigeria lost in a backpack when I filed. It was found 1 year later and wedding pics recovered I was so happy I didn't care about the overload. I know they were like #######.

But I called NVC 2 to 4 times a day for the 8 months I was there they all knew me bot. And they were very nice.

I need to write a book. :luv:

Wow, at least I know I'm not the only one. I know their moving their embassy, so they will be closed From June 13-16th, but I don't mind having my interview under a palm tree if that's the case. Thanks DWHeels for that thread :)

Well, Same. I've been calling all day. But the line is busy. Need My interview......

I got through today on the first try, must've been luck, but nothing yet. I'm going to call when I leave work at 5. Hopefully they had a good lunch that gave them enough energy to schedule an interview. When was your case complete?

Dwheels I hope I'm not bordering you, I appreciate your help, i want to ask, if I file now, do I need to fill an updated I-1864 EZ, again, adding 2013 as the most recent year.

Yes any updates to the I-864/864ez you take to interview original with signature yes.

I would ask around the forum to those who have had interview and ask was a 2013 taxes asked for that had extensions. I know its case by case and usually if current is good its no bother but then CO's are not consistent about anything are they.

Just got interview date!!

Montreal Consulate in Canada for July 15th. @ 10AM.

Noob question the email doesn't mention much about the medical other then to bring the results with you

Is that a different email or am I supposed to find that info myself somewhere?

What what that link of yours is so sick!! I had just found the info about the medical but all the extra stuff and the lil tidbits about the hotel and stuff is awesome thanks alot!!

LOL you funny. One thing with the Canada portal they keep things up to date and a wealth of information there.

I just called again no interview yet CC 05/05....Santo Domingo.....

My PCC expires 11 of July and I do not have an interview date yet.... what happens if I get a date after 11th if July? Any grace period? I really dont wish to spend extra time and money trying to get a new one.

2013: July 20: I-130 sent (Chicago lockbox)

July 24: I-130 NOA1

July 24: I-129F sent (Dallas Lockbox)

Aug 2: I-129F NOA1

Aug 12: Alien Registration Number was changed, I-129F.

2014: Jan 28/29/30: - 3 transfer notices for I-130 and I-129F.

Feb 3 - Hard copy arrived -Notice of transfer to Texas stating Jan 29th.

Feb 10 - NOA2

Feb 27 - email stating I-130 being sent to NVC from TSC.

March 6 -NVC received our case.

April 7 - CASE NUMBER yay! IIN and BIN obtained and email given.

April 9 - DS261 available and filled in online.

April 9 - AOS not yet payable but visible.

April 10 - email regarding NVC case number and access to DS261 received/ email regarding AOS received and paid.

April 11 - AOS sent by snail mail.

April 14 - AOS arrived per mail tracking.

April 15 - IV bill received via email, IV bill paid/ in process, IV package sent.

April 18 - IV bill showing paid/ DS-260 available and done!

- AOS scanned into their system.

April 21 - IV package arrived per mail tracking.

April 24 - IV scanned into their system.

May 2 - False checklist for IV documents= AOS approval.

May 13 - NVC rep reported ? missing Police certificate via my phone call.

- Supervisor review initiated.

May 14 - Checklist for Police certificate came via email.

- Sent checklisted documentation priority post!

May 15 - Package delivered per mail tracking.

May 19 - Case COMPLETE!! Police certificate found by NVC:)

May 28 - Case complete email arrived.

May 30 - Assigned Interview date!

June 2 - Interview letter arrived via email.

June 11- Medical appointment Surrey, BC

July 8 - Interview in Montreal!! APPROVED!!!!!!!! July 10 - Visa package and passport in hand!! July 23 - POE!!
