I was also unsure when it came to this question but the CO didn't ask it in the end. If he had my husband was going to say...my wife wants to move back home and has been living here with me until we were able to do so and until I received the visa.

That's a good answer! Thanks! :D

How exciting!!!! My hubby comes on Saturday @ 1:35pm!!!!! Yay!!!! I sooooooo can't wait! I have 1 more day of work and then I'm off for 3 weeks!!!!

Hooray!!!!!!! This nightmare is finally over!

Smiling...will be thinking of you and how happy you're going to be! Best of luck and yes, the big nightmare is over!

Also, will my original marriage very be in the sealed packet? Or does my husband have to request it from the embassy? I forgot to ask him if they gave it back to him.

You'll get the visa and the sealed package in the same delivery. I think. We did, anyhow. :)

I remember this poster because I was worried about my taxes. I filed single for 2012, but filed MFS for 2013. I decided to NOT amend my 2012 taxes because we weren't married for 2012, and I think they'll be more interested in 2013 taxes. Also, we don't have any red flags.

As I can remember, the poster who got the 221g had various other problems during the interview, not just the taxes issue. She also needed to renew her passport, didn't know questions about her husband, needed extra information, etc.
