I mean that would that AP problem affect people who didn't file for taxes in 2013. I mean I don't work so I didn't file taxes, but I did give an I-864(without a tax return) and my dad is the co-sponsor but he's actually the main sponsor, and his income was enough and he gave a w2, and he has his own business so there is no employment letter or pay stubs.

I am guessing, your dad (Joint Sponsor) did submit his 2013 tax transcript or 2013 tax return in the AOS package. In that case you are OK.

Will they update it when the consular receives the file?

A big congrats to everyone who received approvals in their recent interviews!! A quick question please. When you arrive to the interview do you hand over the 2013 tax information right away along with the medical and/ or PCC or do you give it to the CO only when he asks for it?

3 days after interview and I am just now checking in.

First off, thank you to everyone who has congratulated my husband and me, and second, congratulations to all those case completes and those who have recieved interview dates.

Interview review:

We arrived in Ciudad Juarez on Sunday around 6pm. On Monday my husband left for his medical around 5am. (No appointment, you can just show up.) I waited for him at our hotel because of our 8 month old. He got back around 7:20am.

We went back at 2pm and picked up his results. On Tuesday his ASC appointment was at 7:20am. He left around 6:50 and was back around 7:20, so it was pretty fast.

Wednesday he left for his interview at 8:45. (9:15am interview) We waited for him at a nearby Denny's for breakfast. At 11:30 he got there with an APPROVAL!

Note: I made a folder for him with everything we submitted to NVC and a couple more things, and he was asked for the ONE thing he didn't take: MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE. But the officer told him not to worry about it and told him he was approved.

Next day during lunch around 2pm, his passport was at the DHL ready for pickup. We went to the border for port of entry, crossed over to Texas, and by 5am Friday morning we were in Houston.

Having my husband here feels like a dream. Thank you to everyone who helped along the way even if just to say they understood how I was feeling. Hang in there guys! There is a light at the end of the tunnel.

UK is pretty good since you got in queue after they did July you will have to wait until August scheduling which should start up like maybe the 28th or 29th of this month hopefully. so you have a few weeks.

Our interview is this month in Montreal and I have a question since I have quit my job since we filed the original NVC I-864EZ. Do I need to bring a new I-864 to the interview for myself showing unemployed right now or do I only need the I-864 for our joint sponsor? Thank you.

I checked the spreadsheet you have on google docs, and I haven't seen anyone with a July interview.... Is it possible that the London embassy will do another round of interviews for the month of July? August is a little far- stretched.

I have a question. Since I filed for an extension on my taxes for 2013, does my husband need a copy of that for his interview? I'm praying for a second round of interviews from London embassy, and praying hard for a July interview, since no one has received a July interview (this is from looking at the spreadsheet). The last 3 have the same date interview scheduled as interview date which is probably not right. Can you remove their interview schedule date as it is a little misdirecting and makes it seem as if they got interviews later in the month. (currently in the future )

also the first person there I suspect the year is wrong as it currently says they got their interview scheduled on December 2014 and then had their interview on January 2014 probably it should say Dec 2013 for scheduled date

PS: While I am at it, in your first post:

Once you receive your interview date track your casefile. Call NVC ask when your casefile left than you can follow the DHL instructions to embassy. Then contact your embassy (email is best) and ask to be rescheduled later, earlier just ask. "

You are missing that n. just a typo. Also Interview email is taking 7+ days atm so maybe for next month's thread you can update that.

(I know its tiny typo but it bothers me :P :P

Well, getting things done keeps me from the forums, and wow the pages add up fast (esp the NVC thread lol).

I have my medical appt and flight booked for it next week.

My house is 'sold' as of yesterday after only 2 weeks, with a possession date of July 22, yay!

My interview and flight/trip is booked for July 8th, and all my paperwork is ready to go.

I've put in my work notice for July 11th as my final day, and my 9 days of vacation requests in order to get all the packing and affairs finalized, and UPACK is booked for mid July.

Wow it all feels soooo good to finally be able to act on everything!!

Oh, and CEAC states 'ready' which I soooooooo ammmmmmm

I am so so happy for you, but also jealous lol. Wish I had a date already so I could book a ticket and move on with my life.

Btw, you were totally right about your housing selling quickly. Wish the closing of my house (I was purchasing) had gone that smoothly.
