I found the website to see the number of Immigrant visas at each embassy. Albania only has about 2000 but i havent heard anything yet.

this isn't the chart I was looking at where I got the 312 number but here you go.... its pretty much the same thing.

It should give everyone an idea how busy the embassies are... take the number and divide it by 52... Costa Rica is pretty dead at 543 for 2013. Good for me and Lucybelle

Called nVc this morning and they are in the process of scheduling interviews. Hopefully, we can get in July. Are you flying back to be with your wife for interview?

Nice! We live in Thuan An right near the market. Since august 2012 I got to go to vietnam 3 times. This is the longest ive been away. 9 months and counting eeeek. But ill be back in July! Im so glad Hues airport re opened due to construction. I had to fly to da nang and taxi to hue which is like ~3 hrs the last time I was there.

I just want to share my interview experience today! The immigration officer checked all my submitted documents and he said I think you are good. Then he asked me, "When and how did you meet your husband and where did you get married?" After I answered he said, ok we will send your visa within 2 weeks. I was like, "Sir I just want to clarify, is my visa approved?" He said, "Yes! We got everything we need and you submitted the complete documents!" I said, "Thank you sir!" and I left. Lol...

Visa Approved!!!! Yaaaaayyyy!!!! I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone here in VJ! Y'all are awesome! Thank you everyone for all the help and assistance! Special thanks to Saylin and Dwheels76!

Huzzah! Looks good for a July interview for us, then. I really like this PDF, it's fun looking at all the countries. It's funny, Suriname only issued TWO immigrant visas last year!

I'm still a tiny bit nervous. I drive past the USA embassy every day on my way to work and there's always a huge line of people outside waiting. Though I know the ones waiting aren't for immigrant visas. If you're a gringo or with a gringo you don't have to wait in the line ;)

This is interesting info. According to the stats from last year, they should have been scheduling 4-5 interviews a day (for Paris). Why is it the closer we get the harder it is to wait and the more impatient we feel?
