I made service request.. and they sent me email just like that..

Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* within 45 days.

*A notice of action may be in a form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice, Request for Evidence, Notice of Intent to Deny or Notice of Intent to Revoke.

That's happened to me..!!! I was waiting for 8 month, I made a e-request and 3 days after they approve my case. Now I received my new card yesterday.

yes when i make the request they send me the same email then after 12 days we get approved,good luck

I contacted officer first. Then I usually send email to them.

​online you can use u extension letter recipe number, cuz i try to use the biometric but don't lest me so i decide use the extension then it work and we get approved 12 days later,try it don't hurt ,and good luck
