Finally approved! Got the email today that my card is being produced and should be here in the next 30 days. Anybody else eligible for naturalization *next month*?? I guess the carousel starts again mid-March :)

Please update my timeline in the group message (I'm worried about messing up the formatting....)

Nov 2011: Engaged!
Feb 14th 2012: Legally married---waiting for a religious ceremony this Summer..
April 2nd 2012: Filed for AOS (day 0)
April 3rd 2012: Packet received in Chicago (day 1)
April 9th 2012: Email/texts received--NOA1s mailed (day 7)
April 11th 2012: Biometrics appt for 05/07/2012 (day 9)
April 19th 2012: Early walk-in for biometrics at ASCIS Wheaton, MD (day 17)
May 11th 2012: text msg notification to check USCIS site: Interview date for June 13th (day 39)
June 12th 2012: text msg notification to check USCIS site: AP card produced, EAD card mailed (day 71)
June 13th 2012: Interview in Baltimore, MD, no decision made, (day 72)
June 15th 2012: Text/email alert, approval! (day 74)
June 22nd 2012: GC and EAD/AP card received in mail (day 81)

August 18th 2013: had our first baby, a wonderful boy

Removal of conditions

03/17/2014: Become eligible to file for removal of conditions

04/26/2014: Shatter ankle in several pieces, requiring surgery (ouch!) immigration needs take a backseat to recovery

06/03/2014: File for Removal of Conditions (Day 0-----11 days before deadline)

06/05/2014: Receipt date of NOA1 (Day 2)

06/09/2014: Receive NOA1 in the post (Day 6)

07/03/2014: Biometrics in Elizabeth, NJ (Day 30)

12/01/2014: Case transferred to CSC from VSC (Day 182)

01/10/2015: Early second biometrics in Elizabeth, NJ due to imminent travel plans, should have been 01/15 (Day 222)

02/04/2015: Green card approved, in production (Day 247)

Date: 6/5/14

NoA: 6/12/14 ...What was the receipt date on your NOA? That is the date you need for the list!

Bio: 7/12/14

RFE: 12/11/14, responded: 2/4/15

Approved: 2/7/15

Filed I-751 waiver at June like 23th or 24th at VSC. What exact date did you file?

Finished the biometric in NYC on July 15, 2014. Did you have bio on 07/12/14 as stated above??

Got transferred to CSC on Oct 29 like your guys, and received the transfer notice and second biometric in mail dated at Nov 24th.

I'm in Australia and too busy to go back for the second bio. I consulted my lawyer, he told me that should be a error.

Then I emailed the CSC follow-up email address with inquiry of the second biometric.

One officer replied me that "Thank you for your inquiry. Our records show that a complete set of your biometric images were successfully captured during your initial appointment at the Application Support Centre (ASC) on July 15, 2014. Therefore, an appointment at the ASC is not necessary."

I just checked my receipt,

i-751: 6/20/14,

NOA1 date:6/26/14 ,

Bio date: 7/16/14(early bio at 7/15)

(Case was transferred to CSC in 10/29)

RFE: 12/11/14, responded: 2/4/15

Approved: 2/7/15

BTW, i'm a divorce waiver, I was not in US the whole time, only came back once for the first bio. My lawyer submitted the petition and took care of the RFE.

FYI, I received 3 second bio appointments from CSC after the transfer one after one, so strange, but I didn't go any.

Good luck guys!!! GCs are on the way.
