I had rfe lletter they need my tax return too.. and I hav 2013 2014 tax returns and should I hav to wait until I filed 2015 tax return still? Or is it okay to send it to them with 2013 2014 still?

Website today works very very slowly. BTW I haven't received any text - just email and managed to check online through website.

There was no "approved" notification, just the step of ordering the card - is it normal?

Congrats duck373! Yes, I find the website to be so slow this morning that I cancelled the session. The fact that they ordered your card means they’ve approved your case! Make sure to add 1 in front of your phone number, that corrected it for me and I now receive text messages when there is an update on my case. All the best!

i make a case inquiry in january 13 they replay me in january 16 whit this i use my extension case number

Will they provide any tracking #? Is it for sure, any notifications that should be coming?

Is it okay that I never got "approved" email but "card ordered" right away?
