Are the cases (that were stated to be transferred) really with CSC?

I did receive a notice stating it was transferred to CSC on 12/1 but then when I check online it states a local office....and when I called in they said it was to offload work from CSC. Ive heard of others that have the exact same message...

On December 9, 2014, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number XXXXXXXXXX , at your local office. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

that's the thing the dates they show on the website are a little different. in my case for example online shows that my application was received on June 1st, on my letter June 13th and on the transfers letter to CSC June 19th.

Very Kafkaesque indeed! Ill call USCIS again and ask for an officer/tier 2. I just like to know whats really happening....
