My husband called and talked to a tier 2 officer tonight. He was told that if California sent him a second bio request, then he must go again. No other reasoning was given, and there really wasn't time to even ask anything else because he was almost rushed off the phone. So he's going to miss work again and go next Monday... I will be so glad when all of this is over...

04/26/2012 - Called USCIS for the third time and this time they put in service request
05/09/2012 - Recevied an email from USCIS saying that my case was being ajudicated and to wait up to 45 days
05/16/2012 - Received letter from NVC with number - No NOA 2 or updates online
05/17/2012 - AOS Bill - Received & Paid
05/17/2012 - Sent in optin email for electronic processing and received email back with confirmation same day
05/17/2012 - Sent in DS-261 Choice of Agent
05/21/2012 - Sent AOS package via email to NVC
05/31/2012 - Received checklist for IV form, but haven't been invoiced yet
06/06/2012 - Received invoice for IV bill & paid online
06/07/2012 - IV bill showed as PAID & IV application ready to fill out
06/08/2012 - Completed DS-260 IV application and sent it electronically to NVC
06/08/2012 - Sent IV supplemental documents package via email to NVC
06/15/2012 - Case complete - email sent from NVC
06/25/2012 - Called NVC and received Interview date; email was sent later in the day
07/18/2012 - Hubby's Medical Appt Completed in Toronto
08/02/2012 - Hubby's Interview in Montreal - Approved!
09/04/2012 - POE at Lewiston, NY - Drive home to VA

Removal of Conditions

06/12/2014 - Mailed off I-751 package to Vermont Service Center
06/13/2014 - Receipt date of NOA1
07/21/2014 - Attended Biometrics Appt. at 10 AM
11/26/2014 - Received email showing transfer of case from Vermont to California

11/22/2014 - 11/26/2014 - Not sure when transfer letter was sent, but it was during this time period.

12/27/2014 - Received notice of 2nd bio date - January 5, 2015

01/05/2015 - 2nd bio completed

02/24/2015 - Received email saying that Greencard was ordered today

03/04/3015 - 10 yr Greencard received!

Hello all,

I just received an Appointment Notice for 2nd biometrics. Notice date 12/19 (although just arrived today in my mail 12-29) CODE: 2. I will save the stress of calling and getting confusing information and just go to my appointment on 01-09-15. I will get worried if nothing has happened by August (my extension letter expires on Sept). For now I have traveled several times with the expired GC and extension letter, never a problem. Will keep you guys posted. Hopefully, we will all be approved in the next couple of months. Cheers everyone and happy new year for those who celebrate with the Gregorian calendar!

I filed June 9th

transferred Oct 29th CSC received my case Nov, 6th,

1st bio July 14th,

2st bio ( i think this is official) Jan 6th now.

RFE December 18 2014,

they gave me until March 12, 2015 but I think they lost my files.. i think so. Because they said. (this is so ridiculous)

1. Legible copies of your and your petitioning spouse's driver's licenses and/or identity cards from the appropriate state's motor vehicle department.

2. Legible copies of the civilly registered birth certificate for any chile

3. Copies of bank statements that reflect joint savings and / or checking accounts to include the transaction pages for each bank statement provided

4. Copies of morgage agreements, deeds or other instruments affecting the title to real estate that demonstrate joint ownership of assets or property.

5. Copies of insurance policies such as life insurance, medical insurance, vehicle insurance, etc.

6. Copies of credit card statements.

7. Copies of loan documents such as car loans, home improvement loans, business loans, etc.

8. Copies of your state and federal tax returns. Also include all required schedules, statements and any attachments such as W-2 RECORDS.

9. Copies of rental leases/ agreements showing joint tenancy at a common residence signed by you, the petitioning spouse and the owner(s) of the property ) or the property manager)

10. Copies of utility bills such as telephone, gas, electric, water blah blah..

11. If applicable, submit copies of military basic allowance for quarters form for housing and / or DD form 1172 for dependent military dependent cards.

12. anyother doucmentation which shows that the marriage was not entered into in order to circumvent U.S. immigration laws.

I have no idea.

and they said

** please do not send previously submitted documentation in place of the additional evidence requested.

what the heck.

I think i should send everything what they needs.. because... i've talked to officer she said i have no idea just submit what letter says....okay... cool that is really cool

now I gotta print out all 2 years bank statements again. Everything.

Hi guys, I filed on July 7, after two weeks got appointment for bio, did my biometrics on August 8, since then nothing. On web site there is no updates not even says that I did my biometrics just that my case was received. Week ago I received later Congratulations!!! You was approved and your GC coming within 60 days. I checked web site and there is still showing same thing "your case was received", so I guess no one update USCIS web page, don't panic guys you can get small surprise just like I did. Good luck everyone.
