I'm guessing all the 10/29 transfers have received their GCs. I don't see comments from them anymore. Am I mistaken?

Well not for all. I had been transferred on 10/29 and still waiting for any action. I made my 2nd bio on 12/02 and nothing new. I tried to make a online request and the system said my case is in the 6 month timeframe.

I got request for evidence..... but.... i couldnt see any other difference.. i mean. I dont get what they need from me. I think they lost my file. Because they just want all documents again. Not special one.

Dec 18th. Transferred oct 29th. I think so too they lost it. Thats why rfe didnt say anything just allllll documents for i-751

I just called the tier 2 officer again and that lady said ...codes doesn't matter u don't have to go for second bio.... The reason they sent the letter is because they transffred the case to California and it might duplicate.... But in my case they have all my bio metrics so I don't have to go.... And she said that the processing time is 6months to one year.... And we can tracker out of the country thru the expired green card and the one year extension letter

Ya, I didn't get NOA, but I got my passport stamped in the office, and they took my GC away, I went to Canada and back to Russia with the stamp and had no problem, just had to wait in the office while they double check things - that's it.
The only my fear is that they will send RFE but I won't receive it as I have never received NOA although they said they did send it....and I kind of don';t wanna call and bother those people...or should I? There are no online notifications for RFE, are there?

Im a June filer and my case was transfered from vsc to csc as well. I got my second bio appointment letter last week for Jan 5th, today I called uscis and the officer told me that I DO need to go to get my fingerprints and picture taken again, and they are doing it as a security measure. So i would advice everyone to go. Good luck everybody!

Hi,

Please add me to the list of approved June Filers.

I sent in my package on May 29th and it was received on May30th,but It wasn't officially marked as received until June 3rd.

I was sent a receipt dated June 3rd and did bio on July 7th.

I was transferred to CSC on December 1st and then to local office on Dec 19th.

Today, I tracked my status and it says my card has been ordered for Production. This forum has been very helpful in making the wait bearable.
