Hey guys mine is dec 31.... I spoke with so many people...: just wanna ask are you guys gonna go for second bio or not

I am going to my appointment. I just compared my 1st. Appt.-letter and my 2nd from today. And I see that the code changed on my 2nd Bio-Appt.from code 3 to code 2. I don't know what this means, but I definitely go to my 2nd Appointment!

I am going to my appointment. I just compared my 1st. Appt.-letter and my 2nd from today. And I see that the code changed on my 2nd Bio-Appt.from code 3 to code 2. I don't know what this means, but I definitely go to my 2nd Appointment!

I got my bio appointment too, the date is January 9, 2015. my code also change from 3 to 2 and my application number also change, and cannot track on uscis website.

I called the officer and he's said that they have my bio.... And I don't have to worry and go....

What number do we call to confirm that with an officer?

+1-800-375-5283 call this number and they will transfer you to the tier 2 officer long wait time... But leave ur phone number and officer will call you back....

Our 2nd bio Application/Petition/Request Number (listed as Application Number on the 1st bio) changed and was also not found when entered into the USCIS system. Our code changed from 3 to 2 as well.

Did you transfer from vsc to csc?

Because after i transferred i got letter from them. My application number changed ( however my 1st bio already has new application number... i never got original number but when i saw that transfer letter i just realized that i had original number.... it was weird.. i also got 2 biometrics appointments right now and my request for evidence letter came out on 13th dec ( its on the way right now... ima get that letter next week or early of jan ) i checked all my 2nd bio. But my code never changed.. it is just 3 thats all..

also. Officer and csc follow ups said you dont need to do 2nd bio again.. what should I do....? I just want to get green card why it took so long time? Why whywhy USCIS! GRRRRRRR why did they make me visit their website soooo much. Cant they just give christmas or new year present ?

I must say people who have the bio office near the house where they live should go....

Mine is 6 hours from house,so I m not going as I spoke to the officer he said no need to go, so I m gonna take my chances

My "new" Application/Petition/Request Number is actually the same number on my extension letter, which I got in June. I live only 10 minutes far from my USCIS Office. Shall they decide!

If u just live 10 minutes away.... I will suggest you to go if u won't hear anything related to approval before ur second bio....

I got my biometrics appoiment 2... Cgange the code to #3, and i notes the number is the same to the extension letter... Notice day 12/20 and my appoiment schedule on 1/09... I will call on monday... Very frustrated
