My wife's I-751 was approved December 18. Our file was transferred to from VSC to CSC December 1 and then to our local office (Fairfax, VA).

Our four-year visa journey is finally at an end.

Hi guys I call Uscis today they say the June filer had to wait for over 2 months more because they now procesen may 05 and Abril it information Uscis to me today level 2 Uscis oficcer

My wife's I-751 was approved December 18. Our file was transferred to from VSC to CSC December 1 and then to our local office (Fairfax, VA).

Our four-year visa journey is finally at an end.

Tom and Julie gave me home.... And now ur uscis officer saying this... That's stupid man

I maintain that we should not take the officer's word as law. Several June filers have gotten approved. They probably said something to the effect of no need to lose sleep over it if it hasn't been at least 2 months since the transfer.

The officer said june filers who did not treansfer yet. (Vsc) they took lil bit time more because of may filers. However, june filers who transferred to csc. They are started to get decision.... however right now thats why i will get Request of evidence... now i didn't get letter. They said we sent you 13th.. so it means. After christmas i will get ittt....

2nd Bio Notice Date: 12/05/2014

2nd Bio Appointment: 12/24/2014

The Biometrics dude only took the finger print for my right index finger.....he said this was necessary to begin the card production. Merry Christmas!

I received a notice in mail for 2nd biometrics today:

Notice Date: 12/19/2014
Appt. Date: 01/06/2015

Interestingly, the Case#, Code, and Location on the notice is different from the 1st bio notice received ... probably standard procedure ... still waiting patiently. Best wishes for 2015.

Hello all,

I also receied a second biometrics notice today. Fingers crossed now as I know several people have gotten their approvals before the second bio date arrived.

NOA 6/17

Transferred to CSC 12/1

2nd bio notice date 12/19, appointment 1/9/2015
