Same glitch as with my case. I filed in June, but after end of October transfer the online status said that my application was received on November 6. Wouldn't worry about it though. I got approved last week, so the error on the website did not mean that my case wound up at the bottom of the pile.

By the way, another interesting nugget of information. Today I received a letter in the mail saying that my conditions were removed (on form I-797). The notice was signed by somebody at USCIS in Fort Smith, Arkansas, of all places. So maybe my case was finally adjudicated at a local office. I guess we'll never know for sure, and it doesn't really matter.

Saint Albans, VT 05478. But my letter say California service center I don't know what this about lest play this game lol whit Uscis

I just got 1 year extension letter finally.. I have no idea ^^...

I will call USCIS again see what's going on my green card 11th dec it is going to be 6 months over!

Your conditional resident status is extended for a period of one year. During the one- year extension you are authorized employment and travel.

and... they said

If you have not already done son, provide supporting documents to assist USCIS in processing your petition and to establish eligibility to remove the conditional basis of your permanent residence.... Please include a copy of this receipt notice with any supporting documents you submit... it means.. this is..

RFE? ?. ..... YEAH i have list too...

such as.. Birth certificates of any child born from the marriage, Joint policies of life, medical and / or car insurance.......

don't read into that letter, it says that on everyone's extension letter, so don't worry.. you will have your GC soon.. no RFE

Got a RFE today, I'm a I-751 June filer waiver,transferred to CSC. USCIS is requesting "Complete copy of all divorce proceedings with your ex-wife. These documents should include a final copy of the judgment of divorce that terminated your marriage. In addition, submit a copy of the petition for divorce document, indicating the reason you and the petitioning spouse were seeking termination of the marriage."

I submitted the certified divorce judgement with the application for sure. And why they are looking for divorce judgement now ? I heard that USCIS would look for eligibility as soon as they receive the application, how come they issue such a RFE six months later ?

We came home later today and in the mail we found a congratulations letter telling us that he was approved and accepted and he will be receiving his permanent card in 60 days. So... It's over!!!! We came home later today and in the mail we found a congratulations letter telling us that he was approved and accepted and he will be receiving his permanent card in 60 days. So... It's over!!!!
