i decided i'm not gonna go to the scheduled bio appointment. If they deny me, i will appeal and stick this letter in their faces.. I'm so done dealing with them

I call like 4 months ago and they told me I had to go to interview and I still waiting for the interview letter Uscis is crazy I don't believe in then anymore and now they transfer our case to California, they also tell my friend in other foro the she going to interview and she get approved last week

I called the USCIS ref my wife's re-biometric appointment. I was transferred to the 2nd-3rd level. The officer said to just ignore it, they will just transfer the earlier biometric to CSC.

when I can talk to the officer?I usually had to wait SO long time then i couldnt get any reply back .

Also, one of the girl just told me that you should go info-pass for rescheduling your biometrics.. omg..?

USCIS doesnt take responsible for it.. thats what she said...

1. they didn't give me any other NOA1 notice.

2. They didn't give me i-797 extension letter too.

3. When they gave transfer letter. with 2nd biometrics.

My receipt date show June 11,2014 but before I got this NOA i-797c

they said MY receipt date was June 9th,

I just want them to check that do I have to do my 2nd biometrics or not.. just for making sure.

before I submit that rescheduling 2nd biometrics should I have to submit my old biometrics copy letter too? or not..

.....what should I have to do ?

Sorry, should have noted. I had a wait time of 60 minutes. I opted for a callback instead of waiting on hold. I was called back in time.

I just made my second bio appointment ..!!! So let see it where all this mess goes ..!!!!

I went to my second bio appointment a week ago. Got the same person doing it who recognized me. She mentioned that I was the second person who had to re-do bio recently.

When I check my case status online it still says the following:

On November 6, 2014, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number XXX, at your local office. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

November 6 is the date of the transfer announcement, so people who got transferred before might be screwed. My original application date was June 6. I will wait until December 6 and try to call them again. This whole thing is incredibly frustrating.

My current case status is as follows:

On November 18, 2014, we transferred your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number EAC141895xxxx, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by December 18, 2014, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

As of today (12/02/2014), I have not received a 2nd bio request as other June filers have. Also my case history says the following:

06/23/2014 We received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received.

June 23, 2014 was the day that my paperwork was received at the VSC, not the transfer date. I just wanted to share this info in the case it may help others as they are waiting for adjudication. Hope it helps!

I eventually contacted one of the officer.

He said we did mistake. Don't send anything for second biometrics Just wait for your decision

So..he told me that just we did mistake. So.... im just staying here like that?.. i already requested for second biometrics too but well...

If you guys get letter for 2nd biometrics you should contact to uscis and try to contact to officer. But dont hold. Just make appointment for calling. Then they will call you back.
