Yes, pretty much every transfer case has to do biometrics again.

What pink letter are you talking about? what does it say?

I got the standard notices but nothing pink.

Well, stupidly you have to do your biometrics again, and from what I can tell although California is faster than Vermont you're going to be bottom of the pile again (stupid x 2), sooo... not really.

totally agree with @Berty,

last year when they transferred, everyone kept their original priority date. this year things are different.

we have to do biometrics again and we go at the bottom of the pile. our new priority date is our transfer date.

bottom line, total BS.

might as well stayed at VSC.

yes the letter says that but when i called them about the second biometrics, i was told it's all over again.

thats why they are doing another biometrics to start fresh. which is totally stupid. when i pointed out that biometrics are valid for 2 years, the second tier was getting mad.

i didnt care at that point. i mean this is ridiculous. they are giving different answers to everyone over the phone. makes me mad that in the entire US. they only have 2 offices nationally they handle these cases. incompetent people they are.

Transferred to CSC on 11/18, got the transfer NOA today together with a generic pink notice/flier giving reasons for workload transfer from VSC to CSC.

How long did other transfers have to wait for their second biometrics letter?
