We thought the approval may come by December. Now with this transfer to CSC and stupid repetition of the biometrics, who knows how long more may take. Is it now as if the initial submission was the date of transfer a week ago?

i thought the same thing, but turns out by being transferred the wait starts all over because on the old uscis site, it said not to call with inquiry abt your case if its within the normal processing time for CSC, which is technically 6 months.

The VSC to CSC transfer pattern is NOT like the last year. This time from what I heard is our case priority won't be from june, but it starts from the transfer date. That's why biometrics needs to be done again.

So bottom line is the transfer is not necessarily a good thing as it will end up taking the same amount of time as it would have taken with VSC :(:(

And I got the biometrics appointment letter. This is total bullshit. I'm waiting on a call back from a tier 2 rep right now because they're busy, but I will be sending in a request to reschedule because I have 3000 things going on that day on top of work. Does anyone know how long it takes to get another appointment?

MAIL """"""" It may be a good thing as an indicator of working on the cases >>>>>>> YOU Never Know WITH USCIS .

Do you guys get it all by mail or there was any electronic notification about biometrics?
