i don't think it matters what ur original visa was. ROC has nothing to do with it.

OK,Thanks. Am just trying to see if there's a trend to what VSC is trying to do. I've not received any information since June. I filed on June 4th (NOA date).

there's no trend when it comes to govt business. the best indicator is to look at last year posts and you can get better idea.

from what i gathered when they transferred a specific month, they did it for everyone whether date wise or random but all were transferred. i also heard once original filing centre picks up pace, they can send the file back to original centre. hope it makes sense. so all we can do is wait.

My case was also transferred yo CSC ... it got transferred on October 29th , went to Cancun with my wife in Mexico on the 30th, came back yesterday and had no problem to get in the USA, when I got home I open the mail and got the letter saying that it was transferred to CSC. What is going on ?

Hey Guys, I just found that statement at the USCIS website.

Form I-751 Workload Transfer From the Vermont Service Center to the California Service Center

USCIS recently began transferring some casework from the Vermont Service Center to the California Service Center to balance workloads.

June, 17 - application filed

July,23 - bio metrics date

No NOA was delivered, so got stamp in passport in the office September, 2

10/29 transferred to CSC
