Woohoo! Received my letter last night that my case has been transferred to CSC as of 10/29. Can someone please update me?

NVC: 41 Days

NOA1 to Interview: 265 Days

Interview: 20 March 2012 - APPROVED

I don't know for sure, but the letter that I received yesterday says (in section case type) APPROVED REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS.

Tried to attach a picture but it's too big.

I remember some transferred members were talking about this matter last year. That was just wrong wording and it wasn't approved at this point...

Well, as long as I know there is always a possibility to get RFE's letter. It's up to USCIS. The fact that you had been transferred to another USCIS office, ISN'T a guarantee that you are approved.

I said it twice before. You WILL be transferred to csc and so will all the june filers. If you look at the pattern from last year, all were transferred. Just give it till Monday and you will definitely be transferred. all the best and take care.

This is crazy. We just received an RFE for a military expedite I requested for K1/K2 back in 2010 ! What the heck is that about ?

So from my understanding, you received an RFE for k1/k2 from 2010. It would most likely be due to system glitch if that case is already processed. They make silly mistakes all the time. Just call them when you get a chance and they will give you more details. All the best.

Do you know if they'll transfer only ROC June_filers who came through CR1 or K1?
