Apr. 6 - 4 NOAs
Apr. 18 - Biometrics appointment notice for May 14.
Apr. 24 - online status changed to Request for Initial Evidence (pesky tax transcripts)
Apr. 28 - RFE notice arrived in the mail
Apr. 30 - Responded to RFE
May 3 - Online status changed to "Request for Evidence Response Review"
May 9 - Successful early walk-in biometrics in Milwaukee
June 5 - Online status changed to "Testing and Interview" - Interview date: July 11. Online interview location: NBC
June 6 - EAD/AP card in production; NOA 2 in the mail. Interview location: local office
June 12 - EAD/AP picked up by USPS
June 14 - EAD/AP in the mail
June 15 - applied for a SSN
June 22 - got SSN
July 11 - Interview - approved on the spot!
August 8 - online status changes to approval. GC should arrive in "up to 60 days". Yah, we're out of plastic in Wisco.

Sometime mid July - the letter for biometrics came in, while I was abroad; I pushed the date back to August

Sometime in August - biometrics on the right day, didn't go for early

August 25 - RFE, deadline Nov 14

Nov 10 - sent out RFE response

Nov 19 - card ordered, no interview

Nov 30 - green card arrived

Hello fellow vj'ers. first time poster here..been a follower from since we started the process initially with k1. then switched to cr1. anyway, we recently sent in our packet for request of the removal of conditions on my GC. I received my biometrics appointment on june 28th for july 18. I did an early walk-in yesterday to the ASC in Indianapolis. when the lady was taking my fingerprints, I saw for sure in the monitor that there was one finger that showed as "not passed". I told her about what I saw and she just told me, it was okay.. I felt like i didnt have the right to insist on retaking the fingerprint for that finger while i was still there, and now I'm worried to the max that it might delay my processing because of that. I dont know what to expect. Should I really not worry? Anyone here experienced seeing a "miss" on the monitor for fingerprinting and was told it was okay, and indeed, it was okay since there wasn't the need to re-do it? I would really appreciate any response! Thank you

When we first were going through AOS none of my husband's prints read correctly. Initially they tried to retake them (same day, not a new appointment) but those didn't read either so they just submitted them anyway. Apparently everything was fine, because there were no issues and he was approved. I wouldn't worry too much about it :)

Day 0 - 2 May 2012 Mailed AOS package overnight delivery
Day 139 - 17 September 2012 Interview & APPROVED on the Spot!! :)
Day 145 - 23 September 2012 Received Green Card!

ROC - Eligible June 19 2014

Day 0 - 18 June 2014 Mailed ROC package via 2 day priority

Day 42 - 29 July 2014 Approval and Card Production Email

Day 49 - 5 August 2014 Received Green Card

Yeah, I had the same scenario at Duluth center. In my case, the lady was being trained and anytime she miss the mark, she would correct it ASAP. Again some people do not like to be told anything. Next time you see something like that, its better you insist talking to the big boss. I do not have any idea if it will delay the process, but incase there is a hitch, they will mail you for a retake. wish you all the best and peace!

So, your FP's were all passed before it was submitted? I remember before the lady released me, she said she was gonna double check everything. I'd like to think she re-checked and made sure everything was legible before submitting it. I do not remember her retaking my fingerprint for that finger that said "not passed" though.. @seth 2013, so in your case, your husband's fingerprint didn't pass as far as the computer monitor says, but ended up being acceptable to FBI? good for you guys!! I dont wanna have to worry about this.. is there any way to check and make sure everything is all right? sucks, there's no way to call the ASC..FBI doesnt release that info anymore either.. and uscis? (sigh) btw, if anyone can add my timeline.. filed ROC 6/16/2014, NOA date received in the mail 6/23 dated 6/18, and bio received in the mail 28th for 7/18 but did an early walk in 7/01.. thanks

Follow the instructions on the notice to re-schedule you bio appointment! Another later date will be set up for you !

I do not remember her retaking my fingerprint for that finger that said "not passed" though.. @seth 2013, so in your case, your husband's fingerprint didn't pass as far as the computer monitor says, but ended up being acceptable to FBI? good for you guys!! I dont wanna have to worry about this.. is there any way to check and make sure everything is all right? sucks, there's no way to call the ASC..FBI doesnt release that info anymore either.. and uscis? (sigh) btw, if anyone can add my timeline.. filed ROC 6/16/2014, NOA date received in the mail 6/23 dated 6/18, and bio received in the mail 28th for 7/18 but did an early walk in 7/01.. thanks

Yes, the FBI were able to read them. The image was still captured, and submitted to the FBI. Honestly I'm not sure why the computer thought it didn't work...

@OP -I wouldn't worry about it, they have your previous set up fingerprints in the system too, no doubt.

Hello guys I sorry I still dint recive the extension letler package send to Vermont June 19 they get my package June 21 I still no noa yet

May fee waiver filer KnowledgeIsPower filed on 04/24 and got NOA letter on 05/17 with receipt date 05/15 :)

So we filed 4/24/2014 but because we just got our NOA1 we thought we would post in the May filers (got delayed because of a fee waiver approval).
