Bummer, I received a RFE.

I had the impression I sent enough evidence, but clearly they thought otherwise.

I sent in beside the check, F I-751 and list of residences:

• Copy of front and back Permanent Resident Card.

• Copy of passport.

• Copy of both of our driver’s licenses.

• Copy of joint 2012 tax return.

• Copy of our joint checking acct. statement.

• Copies of bill statements in both of our names.

-City of xxxxxxx Utility Bill

-Florida Power & Light (FPL) Utility Bill

• Copy of Bill of Sale from the house that we own, that shows that my wife and I both own it jointly.

• Copy of the car’s insurances ID card showing both of our names.

• Copies of Citizens insurance policy for the house.

Their response is that we didn't show joint financial responsability or joint residence.

I mainly have the impression did need to catch up with work and didn't read the dossier.

I will send atdditionally:

-Deed of the house (double proof as they have the bill of sale)

-Birth certificates of children (which they received when I applied 2 years ago)

-Joint 1040 2013 with all W2's.

-Copy of house insurance

-Detailed transaction information of Bank accounts

Is there anything else I can provide?

Tax return- joint 1040 is fine.. but i think it would be better to send transcripts too.. if you can.

and what about 2014? you can send it to them you have enough time to send it.

bank accounts - bank statements with transcation. since you opened until now. (i don't know how many statment with trasaction you sent it... don't sent specific statement that you submit... or.. whatever just send it to them again. I would send it. again with explanation.

affidavit- at least 2 people's letter.

Picture or any letters - send it to them.. when you take pic with his family / you and your husband pictures I sent it at leats 20 pictures

Car insurance - I sent statement too.. actually. at least 6 or 9 months statements..(I already sent them insurance id too but I sent it

statements again)

bill statement - You can send recent bill statement too since you submitted maybe june 2014 until now.

any other bills from house... mortgage sth like that you can provide... just send them everything it will be better...

if you don't want to go interview you should send it everything even if its stressful for getting all stuff....

They usually want tax transcripts. You don't need W2's if you send the transcripts.

I sent them transcripts of 2011-2013. You could even add 2014 since it's due to be done any way.

Other possible documents:

Health insurance

Car titles

Copies of the debit/credit joined accounts along with every statement. I think it's better to send every statement. They can better see and understand usage of the accounts.

Copies of registration forms from your child doctor, school. If you have no children, then yours and your spouse doctors registration where it shows emergency cotant.

I also added some letters we got from IRS, addressed to both of us. Copy of the check from IRS, addressed to both of us.

Pet insurance, pet ownership, pet registrations.

Durable Power of attorney (we created this document after receiving rfe, happy to have it )

Will

Life insurance

Health care proxy (we created this document after receiving rfe, happy to have it)

We never provided any lease ( he moved in to the house I rented before I met him), then for ROC we didn't provide the deed, since I'm the only one on the deed. House and renters insurance was enough for them.

By the way, we changed our car title to joined after receiving RFE. Some VJ members said it's going to be red flag, but it wasn't.

Basically I threw any piece of paper I found after first wave of panic went away. We ended up sending them 2-3lb of paper, and got approved in 10 days.

why u cannot provide whole year bank statement wth transaction? U can find whOle year bank statements on online...

if you are not going to provide documents well,They will give you letter for interview. But i can tell that after you submit documents you will hear good news within 1month (if your case is in CSC..not vsc. Vcs will take 1 month and half I guess?) However, the uscis officer think this is insufficient, they will send you interview letter. It will take 2 or 3 months more..( i thinnk so. i saw some people sent rfe Nov or Dec 2014. And then they had an interview on feb. After interview they had to wait more. people didn't want to go interview because of waiting more and more.. it is very stressful. If you have Strong evidence..Then send it to them.. then u can save 2 or 3 months for waiting.

No one can say that u will get interview or decision .. its up to uscis officer.

so thats why people sent every single stuff as they can... to prevent to get interview notice. if you think the documents that you listed in look fine. Then send it to them..... we are just giving u advice... because you were asking To us.

I actually sent them lots of evidence too. After they received my rfe documents. I got an approved 6 days later.

We received our I-797, Notice Of Action with our approval today although the letter says we were approved on 2/26/2015.

I checked my USCIS online account but nothing had changed there and I am signed up for email and text updates but didn't receive either of those yet.

Could someone please update our approval, thanks and good luck to everyone still waiting!!

So apparently my green card was on its way to my house and somehow it went back to the USPS sortin facilty in Corbin KY.... When I tracked it says that the delivery date was supposed to be Friday March 6th 2015 but for some reason it made a U turn and went back north, and it hasn't moved in the last 2 days. Status or updates from usps tracking website wasn't update at all and my green card was supposed to be deliver last Friday March 6, 2015. I'm assuming that the usps truck who got our greencard envelope got stuck in 15hrs traffic jam last Friday in Kentucky. I'm hoping that our green card will be here tomorrow. Long as we have tracking number and it wasn't says delivered we should be good. Hoping that everything is ok with the green card delivery and we'll get soon.
