So, earlier this month I made a service request and I got email today:

The status of this service request is: On 02/10/2015, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your Form I-751 to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.  Your petition/application is still pending consideration. We regret that we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will complete the review of your petition/application.  What You Can DoPlease see the "Online Services" below to check the status of your case in the near future. We apologize for the delay. We hope this information is helpful to you.

Did anybody else a similar responce like this?

i did the same and b4 my approved i have the same anserw..... you should to send email direct to california to do a new inquiry.... i was approved next day i did sent mine

I received an email today. When I made the online inquiry I used the receipt number from my extension letter. At least our case is being adjudicated now. Here's what the email said:

The status of this service request is:

They started to review ur case you will hear good news pretty soon yay!

I received an email today. When I made the online inquiry I used the receipt number from my extension letter. At least our case is being adjudicated now. Here's what the email said:

My wait is over. Decision made 2/11, card issued on 2/18 and today it was on my mail box. :)

ps: when can we file for citizenship?

oh by the way. I never was asked for a sencond biometrics...should I be worried? <_<

Please understand that all case related inquiries must be addressed to the NCSC first by calling 1-800-375-5283 or via TTY at 1-800-767-1833. A customer service representative should be able to assist you when you call the above toll-free number.

If representatives are unable to provide information regarding your case, they will create a service request for the appropriate USCIS office that has jurisdiction over your case to answer your questions and concerns. These referrals will be identified by Referral IDs assigned from the NCSC.

Separately, the status of your case may be obtained online at www.uscis.gov

If you do not have an application or petition filed with USCIS and need general immigration and citizenship information, you may visit www.uscis.gov.
