i guess the moved our cases to the system at local office... because Mine came for a close city from where im live

yeah I know... now I am waiting for green card..... mhm my case still said card ordered for productio.... sth like that but i jut started to check my mail box everyday if I can.... i wish and I hope so my online case status change tomorrow or 2 days laterrr :(

Yes hope pretty soon...

On feb 17,2015 uscis mailed my new card. I should get today or tomorrow.

they said if I dont receive my card until 19 I should call there. yay! hopefully nothing wrong especially my name spell

No it does not show on online status. It says: you provided some evidence of marital bona fides, however the documentation is insufficient. They ask for funds or financial obligations, joint owner ships, joint responsabilities for liabilities, communal residence.

We did sent the lease we have now, but no lease from the past.

The problem is that we do not have this stuff. We are yound and when I moved in with him we were still dating, he was sharing a house with friends, got married and we stayd there... only in the past year we managed to rent an apt of our own, and start building credit etc etc.

i am collecting every medical bill, w2, bank statement that states we lived together. Even a medical bill in which I sign him for emergency conant. Don t know what else. I called a lawyer.

Any advice?

I sent 2013 2014 lease too.. actually i didnt have 2012 lease agreements.. but I had first house 2012 rent bills receipt so I sent it. ( I founded out from our bank transaction it was very lucky. yeah It was very hard to find it out. but I did! )

I think.. you should explain your situation that you didn't have house but you shared house with friends.. and If you can .....

get friend's letter too. to make sure. his friend can write it down that I lived with this couples because...blahblah like that just like when You sent affidavit ( i didn't notarize it but.. you should )

just every simple things you should send it to them i think...

I actually had agreement ( when we lived his friends they didn't really pay for rent fee every months.. So we made agreement something like that with our signature and my husband's friends signature too. but we didn't need to copy of it because that was our house. )

i don't know what did you send when you filed it but you should send recent documents too such as bank statement.. credit statement..

we dont have joint credit card it is my husband credit card but he create spender card and I can see my name there also it is same last digit..

so I copied my card front and back... then I sent credit card statement too!

anyway officer will review your case.. if you send RFE.. so make cover letter and explain everything.

when I send RFE I organized everything with binder sheet. every front page I made title too.. so it was lil bit easy for them to see it.

such as... 2012 2013 credit card statement / Joint lease agreement / affidavit../ something like that.

I sent 2012 2013 2014 bank statement and also.. I sent 2014 tax return too. ( I couldn't wait until Jan 30th because I already had lots of evidence but I just waited until I get h&r block then I sent it next 2 days later. just in case..)

I think it would be easier if you share information of your documents that you already sent.. so VJ members can give you more advice..

yeah I know :( my uscis online status just changed after 8p.m..

Card was picked up by the usps.

they gave me tracking number and I just figured out they started to deliver my card 18th not 17th.. :)

I was very nervous because my mailman did mistake with my NOA1 at the first time.

anyway congratulation!!!!!!!!!
